Role in the project
In cooperation with the Association LEND, the Institute will be responsible
of the general coordination of the project and of the administrative management.
It
will organize the transnational meeting of January 2009 in Bardonecchia and will
participate to all the planned international meetings.
It will be charged
with the experimentation activities regarding the Arab version. In cooperation
with a publishing company, it will be responsible of the project’s final material
printing and will participate to the dissemination activities in its region,
in cooperation with Liceo Internazionale “Botta” , Ivrea and with the support
of USR Piemonte.

Role in the project
The Association LEND – Lingua E Nuova Didattica will be charged with
the following activities:
1. In cooperation with the project promoter, it will
ensure the organizing and scientific coordination of the project
2. It will ensure
communication among partners
3. It will create and manage the project’s website
4. It will participate to transnational
meetings
5. It will revise and adapt
ALPEC materials to the new needs
6. It will transfer and adapt the previous project’s
contents into Arab and it will adapt the materials in the three original languages
(It, En,Fr) to the new target of third sector operators

trainers who will experiment the produced material with the chosen personnel

At the end of the experimentation, it will modify the produced materials according
to feed-back

recording of the dialogues in the different languages

with the publishing company responsible of the materials printing

promote the dissemination of the products and the enhancement of the project’s
results in all LEND local branches and associated international networks.

Role in the project
The USR, beside participating to all transnational meetings,
will play a specific role in the dissemination activities in Lombardia
Region scholastic institutions and in the partnership’s and project’s
evaluation activities.
The USR will welcome in Milan the partnership’s

final conference, which will be organized in September 2010.

Role in the project
The CSV of Pavia and its province will participate to all planned
transnational meetings.
As far as experimentation is concerned, it will

Role in the project
Inside the Appe@l project, SELOEN will take part in the transfer activities:
in the first phase of this work package it will be in charge of validating the
adaptations made in the English version of the material created within the ALPEC
project.
SELOEN will also organize the transnational meeting of November 2009
and will participate to all the other transnational meetings. Together with the
USR, it will play an important role in evaluating the project and the partnership.

Role in the project
With regard to experimentation, ONECO will be responsible of checking the material
addressed to the third sector in English and Italian.
ONECO will also play, together

Role in the project
King’s College of the University of London will join the project in the
transfer phase; its role will be validating the English version adaptations of
the product made within the ALPEC project.
It will also participate to dissemination

and third sector organizations.

Role in the project
Besides participating to transnational meetings, GMF will produce the
material’s German version and will be in charge of dissemination activities
in Germany, in the education sector, training trainers and organizing meetings.
As
the Association is present in the whole Germany, belongs to the Foreign Languages
National Association and participates to foreign languages teachers European
associations network (REAL project, also joined by LEND), it will favour wide
circulation of the product among teachers.
